Hiring a Doula was the best decision of my postpartum care plan. As a first-time parents, we wanted to find an appropriate postpartum doula who would not just help us take care of our newborn but also give us hands-on tips on taking care of the newborn. I heard about Northeast Doulas from my mother-baby navigator of Northwell Health. They were kind to accommodate the early arrival of my baby (late preterm). Debbie was very helpful and calm, she listened to our needs, and put us at ease every time she was around. She not only helped us with taking care of our newborn, but also massaged my swollen hands and feet, did my laundry, and cooked us delicious hot meals (she’s a great cook btw ). I am so glad that we had her. She was a great help!
